Does tim allen have a new show?

Every home needs some renovation at some point.

And in a recent interview, Tim Allen revealed that at least there has been talk of a spin-off of his beloved 1990s comedy Home Improvement.

HOME IMPROVEMENT fans are in luck, as the iconic duo Tim Allen and Richard Karn will host the new television series ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. Now, however, it's possible that the father-daughter duo has a new project up their sleeve, as Tim Allen has started talking about a repeat of the series Home Improvement with a derivative program. But some episodes also show the duo Tool Time taking viewers on trips across the country to meet several skilled and talented artisans.

Although a spin-off hasn't been produced yet, Allen and Karn have reunited to present a show similar to the one their characters aired on HOME IMPROVEMENT. And if you think Allen is closer to talking about his retirement, forget about it, as Allen is now looking forward to a possible reboot of his popular 90s comedy, Home Improvement. As for what a new version of Home Improvement would look like, Allen suggested taking an approach similar to that of Netflix's Full House spin-off, Fuller House, which focused on the series' adult children. In a recent interview, actor Tim Allen spoke about his opinion about a series derived from Home Improvement that would begin years later for the Taylor family and would include part of Tim Allen's royal family, namely, his daughter, Elizabeth, who debuted as an actress in the first season of Disney's The Santa Clauses.

Now, Tim Allen is talking about a new series derived from Home Improvement, one that could also incorporate his daughter's acting talent. But it wouldn't be the first time that some members of ABC's Home Improvement team joined forces again in a new effort. While promoting the second season of THE SANTA CLAUS, Tim Allen revealed that he had thought about making a spin-off of his 90s comedy HOME IMPROVEMENT. While it's not yet clear if Allen is already in talks with Disney and ABC —or perhaps with Disney+— for a new spin-off series, the public reception will most likely be positive, given the immense success of the original Home Improvement series in the 1990s.
