Jill receives a job offer in Bloomington, Indiana. More changes are coming for Tool Time, an episode in which everything is talked about. Of course, we all know that Al ruined Trudy and Tool Time came out in style. But the big question is whether the Taylors moved out.
Indiana or not. In the first part of the final, Tim at first refuses to leave Michigan, but then changes his mind after talking to Wilson. Jill, of course, wants to accept the job, but she hesitates because she will miss everyone. In the second part, it seems that they will keep going until Jill discovers that Tim has refused to become an executive producer, a big raise and take full creative control of “Tool Time” for herself.
We ended up with Jill not wanting Tim to sacrifice that opportunity for her and Tim feels the same way about Jill's job opportunity. One of the reasons he says he doesn't want to leave is because he'll miss the house. Then Tim has one of his usual crazy ideas: this time to move the whole house to Indiana. Was it just a fantasy or did they really move on? After the episode, you're probably still not quite sure, which is just what the people at Home Improvement wanted it to be.
